Miguel Hilari (1985) is a Bolivian filmmaker of Aymara and German descent. His practice is concerned with memory, migration and urbanization processes.

His films include After a fire(25’, 2023), Cerro Saturno (13’, 2022), Compañía (60’, 2019), Bocamina (22’, 2019) and El corral y el viento (55’, 2014). They have been shown at venues such as Visions du Réel, Oberhausen, Lincoln Center, ImagineNATIVE and Images, among others. He lives and works in La Paz, where he teaches film at Universidad Mayor de San Andrés.
